The Clean One 2 provides dentists with a simple and reliable alternative to traditional thermal Washer Disinfectors and is suitable for all types of dental instruments and handpieces.
The Clean One 2 is an ISO EN15883, HTM 01 – 05 compliant ‘all-in-one’ ultra-sonic Washer/Disinfection unit which enables the full automation of the ‘Dirty/Clean’ process for instruments and handpieces immediately after use and ready for sterilisation.
The principle of operation is that the device has a single tray that opens like a drawer. Contaminated instruments are deposited directly from the area of treatment where after all phases of the full disinfection process is handled automatically by the microprocessor and instruments finish clean, dry and ready for sterilisation.
The disinfection / cleaning process is determined by a disinfectant chemical solution which is delivered automatically in each cycle throughout a program by a peristaltic pump which ensures the proper dosage is delivered without any possibility of error.
Stage 1: Pre-disinfection (soaking)
Pre-disinfection is a chemical action, carried out by immersing the instruments in the tray automatically fed with a measured mixture of clean water and disinfection solution * A disinfection chemical solution designed and manufactured to a quality organisation meets ISO 9001 certified by AFAQ.
Stage 2: Cleaning
Cleaning is a mechanical action, carried out by immersing the instruments in a measured disinfection solution combined with the action of ultrasonic.
Stage 3: Rinsing
Flushing is done by immersing instrumentation in clean water, combined with ultrasonic action for maximum rinsing.
Stage 4: Drying
Drying is achieved by a hot air turbine generator where the temperature level is limited to 80°C.
