As part of our continuous improvements DB Dental is pleased to announce the addition of qualified KaVo engineers to strengthen our technical capabilities and extend our support to KaVo customers.

As a preferred dealer we have paired with KaVo to develop two service contract options specifically designed to look after KaVo equipment.

The Standard Contract includes one preventative maintenance visit per bear. DB Dental’s Plus Contract includes one preventative maintenance visit + two reactive breakdown calls per surgery per year. (Including parts)

These comprehensive service packages offer a guaranteed response time that will maintain your patient treatment schedule and practice income by keeping your downtime to an absolute minimum.

We understand that you may have other types of dental equipment at the practice. To accommodate for this we will provide a free audit of all the equipment and tailor the contract to your individual needs.

In most cases we can incorporate equipment throughout the practice, this way we can provide a single point of contact for servicing and breakdown.
