Model: Pressure Vessel Inspection
We offer a complete Pressure Vessel Inspection service for the autoclave and compressor equipment in your practice.
The PVI is like an MOT for your car, it is a statutory legal requirement for all pressure vessels that is designed to ensure that your system is ‘roadworthy’. It is not a substitute for regular and routine maintenance.
DB Dental’s PVI service for compressors and autoclaves includes:
- A pressure vessel inspection for each machine on contract
- Recording of data
- Written scheme of examination, if you do not already have one
- Blast and fragmentation insurance through out insurers
- Service and minor adjustments to machine (all parts charged separately)
For the models autoclaves that DB support we also offer in addition to the above:
A 2nd visit 6 months after the PVI visit to carry out a service on the machine.
In line with CQC and HTM requirements it is possible to offer a PVI package including validation. We can also incorporate these packages into our specially designed service contracts.
