Service Engineers
DB Dental Service Engineers play a major role in the success of our business. They are are full trained in every aspect of dental equipment. We continually improve their knowledge by sending them on up to date training courses on all equipment sold.
We encourage our engineers to:
- • Evaluate and resolve problems
- • Repair, Test, and Maintain Equipment
- • Monitor the performance of product
- • Make recommendations to continually improve the running of your surgery
Our engineers are trained in basic first aid, and also have training in Health and Safety procedures regarding lifting and bending.
We also carry out portable appliance testing (PAT) for all your surgery equipment
Courses are regularly attended for the testing of X-rays which enable us to carry our radiation test packs.
For your Autoclaves, we use very experienced engineers who carry out the inspections.
We issue a Written Scheme of Examination for the Pressure Systems, Schematic drawing and certification.
